Operator (Bartender) License Application
To obtain an Operator (Bartender) License, individuals who wish to serve or sell alcoholic beverages in the Town of Lincoln must complete the application and return it to the Town of Lincoln office along with the $30 fee. Applicants must provide a copy of a completion certificate from a Responsible Beverage Server Course or, unless applying for a renewal, a copy of a current Operator License held in another Wisconsin community. Applications are approved or denied at the Town Board’s monthly meetings, held on the second Tuesday of each month. Please be sure to include all required documentation with your application.
