How to License Your Dog
Wisconsin law requires dogs 5 months of age or older to be licensed. The Town of Lincoln makes licensing your dog simple by providing an application that can be completed and submitted to the Town Office.
To obtain your dog’s license and tag, please complete the application with the required owner and dog information and submit it along with proof of a current rabies vaccination and the applicable license fee. Dog licenses must be renewed annually, and a $5 late fee applies to licenses issued after April 1.
